Nicholas Epps is the Founder and CEO of Seraphim Consulting, a nationally recognized digital marketing and business consulting firm helping small businesses grow through strategic marketing, lead generation, and business development. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and executive leadership, he is an international best-selling co-author of Discovering Your Purpose and a frequent speaker at small business expos and library workshops.

Nicholas Epps is the Founder and CEO of Seraphim Consulting, a nationally recognized digital marketing and business consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses generate predictable growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, and business development. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and executive management, Nicholas has helped organizations of all sizes improve performance, increase revenue, and develop scalable growth strategies. At the age of 40, Nicholas retired after a successful corporate career. After three years in retirement, he felt called to return to the business world with a new mission: helping small business owners compete against larger companies by giving them access to proven marketing strategies and technologies that were once available only to enterprise organizations. That calling led to the creation of Seraphim Consulting. Under Nicholas's leadership, Seraphim Consulting has earned national recognition for its commitment to innovation, client success, and ethical business practices. The company was nominated for the Google Impact Award in both 2025 and 2026, was named a finalist for Best in Client Services in 2026 with Yelp, and was also recognized as a finalist for the 2026 Torch Award for Business Ethics. Nicholas is also an international best-selling co-author of the book Discovering Your Purpose, where he authored the chapter "The Calling to Dominate." A passionate educator, he previously presented at the 2025 St. Louis Small Business Expo and is scheduled to present a series of educational workshops for the St. Louis City and County Library systems in September 2026.
