Our story was born out of a wake-up call. After 17 years in corporate America, our founder Nicholas Epps experienced a series of life-altering moments: his father's near-death experience, his own health crisis, and a spiritual calling that redirected his life's mission.
What began as personal battles of faith, family, and discipline became the foundation of a company built on impact — not just income.
Guided by faith and driven by purpose, Nick realized that small businesses are too often lost in the noise — overpromised and underdelivered by so-called "experts." Seraphim Consulting was created to bridge that gap with integrity, proven strategies, and a relentless focus on results.

From Personal Trainer to Systems Builder
Cameron Glenn Ritter started in the trenches as a personal trainer, then built a thriving training business of his own. Along the way he noticed something — most trainers and small business owners were brilliant at their craft, but drowning in the back-office work of actually running a company.
So he flipped his focus. He began coaching other personal trainers on how to run, scale, and systematize their businesses — eventually franchising his own company and helping dozens of owners turn their passion into a real, profitable operation.
Cameron leads the technology, automation, and systems side of Seraphim. If it's an AI workflow, a CRM build-out, or a process that takes hours off your week, it has his fingerprints on it.
