Honesty Before Revenue
We tell clients the truth about what their budget can and cannot do — even when a smaller engagement, or no engagement at all, is the honest answer.

Our Mission
Seraphim means "the burning ones" — messengers who stand in service. That is the standard we hold ourselves to in an industry that too often sells hope, bills for it monthly, and hides the numbers.
It does not mean we only work with people who believe what we believe. We serve business owners of every background, every faith, and none. It means our conduct is not up for negotiation: we do not lock owners into contracts they cannot leave, we do not hide behind vanity dashboards, and we do not keep billing when the work is not producing.
Practically, that shows up as a 30-day risk-free trial, full account ownership for the client, reporting on booked jobs instead of impressions, and a standing willingness to say "your money is better spent somewhere else right now."
Nick Epps founded Seraphim after years inside agencies that treated small businesses as churn. The company exists to be the opposite of that — a partner you would recommend to a friend at church, at the shop, or on the job site.
We tell clients the truth about what their budget can and cannot do — even when a smaller engagement, or no engagement at all, is the honest answer.
The 30-day risk-free trial exists because trust should be earned with work, not extracted with a contract. You only cover ad spend while we prove it.
Behind every campaign is a family business, a payroll, and a calling. We treat other people's money and reputation the way we would want ours treated.
Every dollar of ad spend belongs to you. You own your accounts, your data, and your reviews — always, and on the way out too.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
"The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him."
"Do to others as you would have them do to you."
30 days of marketing, risk-free. You cover ad spend. If we do not deliver, you walk with everything we built.
