REFUND POLICY AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Welcome to Seraphim Consulting! Our goal is to provide an exceptional, streamlined experience to all users. Please review our Refund Policy and Payment Agreement, which explains the terms for cancellations, refunds, and billing for Seraphim Consulting subscriptions.
Refund Policy
Seraphim Consulting provides users with licensed access to an all-in-one SaaS platform for CRM, marketing automation, and business communication. Functionality includes: contact management, email marketing, 2-way SMS, outbound calling, call tracking and recording, funnel and website builders, appointment scheduling, automation campaigns, and reporting.
If you are not satisfied, new customers are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of account activation. To request a refund, please email admin@seraphimconsulting.org. After the 30-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable, and no credits are issued for unused time.
Refunds are subject to a 4.5% transaction fee deducted from the total refunded amount. This is a processing fee charged by the payment processor and is non-refundable to Seraphim Consulting.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Upon refund approval, processing time is 7–14 business days.
Seraphim Consulting reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of this policy.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Add-ons or feature upgrades
- SMS, email, or telephony charges
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to new users subscribing to Seraphim Consulting for the first time. Existing clients who switch plans or sign a new agreement after the initial 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.
Account Termination and Data Retention
To cancel your subscription, email admin@seraphimconsulting.org. Upon cancellation, all user data will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it. You will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

Unused Features and Credits
Unused subscription features or account credits are non-refundable. We encourage all clients to utilize the tools and services available during their active subscription period.
Non-Refundable Usage Fees
Charges for SMS, email, and other telephony services are non-refundable. Refunds, when applicable, only apply to the subscription fee and not to any pay-per-use communications features.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Send an email to admin@seraphimconsulting.org with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Our billing team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days.
- If eligible, we will send a Refund Authorization Form.
- Once authorized, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Authorized Payment Method
You must maintain a valid payment method on file. Your payment method (“Authorized Payment Method”) will be charged automatically for subscription fees and communication usage fees until your account is canceled and all dues are cleared.
Payment Agreement
By subscribing to Seraphim Consulting, you agree to pay the selected plan fee according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- Monthly subscriptions are charged each month on your signup date.
- Annual subscriptions are charged once a year on the signup date.
- If you change plans, new charges will take effect immediately. To avoid further billing, cancel your subscription before the next renewal cycle.
Pricing Changes
Seraphim Consulting reserves the right to update pricing or billing terms at any time. All users will be notified via email and website updates. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
