CANCELLATION POLICY
Welcome to Seraphim Consulting! Our aim is to offer exceptional service and a seamless experience for our users. Below is our comprehensive cancellation policy that outlines the procedures and conditions related to cancelling your Seraphim Consulting subscription.
Cancellation within Initial 30 Days of Purchasing Seraphim Consulting
Customers have the option to cancel their Seraphim Consulting subscription within the initial 30 days of signing up. To initiate cancellation and be eligible for a full refund, please email us at admin@seraphimconsulting.org. Our team will process your request promptly, and the full subscription amount will be refunded to your original payment method (minus transaction fees, if applicable).
Cancellation after Initial 30 Days of Purchasing Seraphim Consulting
All payments made after the initial 30 days are non-refundable. No credits or refunds are issued for partially used subscriptions. However, you will retain access to Seraphim Consulting through the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds. Refunds apply only if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days.
Notice Period and Monthly Payments
Month-to-month subscribers can cancel any time after the first 30 days. Your monthly billing date is based on your subscription start date. We require 30 days written notice before your desired cancellation date. If notice is received within 29 days, the following month’s fee will still be charged, and access will continue until the notice period ends.
Cancellation under 12-Month Agreement
To cancel a 12-month agreement early, email admin@seraphimconsulting.org and complete an Early Termination Request Form. An early termination fee equal to two months’ worth of subscription fees will apply. A 30-day notice is still required. If cancellation notice is submitted within 29 days of the desired date, the next billing cycle and outstanding payments remain due. The cancellation is confirmed only after payment of the termination fee, and access will remain until the end of the current cycle.
Data Retention and Account Reactivation
After cancellation, you have 3 days to reactivate your account without losing data. Beyond this window, all account data is permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download or transfer assets (funnels, websites, contacts, workflows, phone numbers, etc.) before cancellation is finalized.
Refunds, Unused Features, Credits, and Non-Refundable Fees
Refunds do not apply to unused features, unused credits, or usage fees such as SMS, email, and call charges. These are non-refundable. Make full use of your subscription prior to cancellation.
Account Parking Option
You may park your account for $40/month (up to 6 months) to retain all data without active access. During this period, your account is inactive and inaccessible until reactivated. After 6 months, billing automatically resumes at your original subscription rate. You can reactivate anytime during the 6 months by emailing admin@seraphimconsulting.org.
Downgrading Subscription
Instead of cancelling, you may downgrade to a lower-tier plan with limited features. Email admin@seraphimconsulting.org to request plan downgrade assistance.
Cancellation Notification and Confirmation
Send your cancellation request to admin@seraphimconsulting.org. Our team will acknowledge within 1–2 business days, confirm the request, and finalize the cancellation. If cancellation is within 30 days, the refund will be processed in 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is completed.
Termination by Seraphim Consulting
Seraphim Consulting reserves the right to terminate any account for Terms of Service violations or misuse. Users will be notified accordingly.
Policy Update Provision
We may update this cancellation policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

- Use the subject line: “Subscription Cancellation Request.”
- Include in your email:
- Full name
- Seraphim Consulting account username
- Reason for cancellation
You will receive acknowledgment within 1–2 business days.
ACCOUNT PARKING PROCESS
To park your Seraphim Consulting account:
- Email admin@seraphimconsulting.org from your registered account address.
- Use the subject line: “Account Parking Request.”
- Include in your email:
- Full name
- Seraphim Consulting account username
- Duration (1–6 months)
Our team will confirm and share payment instructions. Once payment is received, your account will be parked.
To reactivate, email us anytime within the 6-month period.
